Statement from Jeremy Watts re:Covid-19 response and precautions

Updated: Aug 18, 2021

To Our Valued Customers, Partners, and Friends:

I hope this message finds you healthy and well. We are living in unprecedented times for our generation, and I am sure you are receiving many emails like mine. I appreciate you allowing me a few moments of your time.

In the midst of this global pandemic, I just wanted to let you know how CTRL Systems is handling the COVID-19 crisis and how we are still available to support your organization. Due to our status as "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce" for the United States Department of Defense, CTRL Systems is deemed an "essential" workplace, and as such we are still operational and will remain open pending further federal guidance.

As a company, we are practicing social distancing and good isolation practices, with most of our employees working out of home offices in the United States and Mexico. Employees involved in production, logistics, and business operations are still working at our headquarters in Westminster, Maryland to ensure swift fulfillment of all orders, both military and commercial. Through individual distancing practices, reduced work hours, and disinfecting best practices, we have put protocols in place to limit contact between employees involved in production and to protect each of them from the spread of the virus.

As it relates to travel, we are unable to support our customers through on-site visits at this time. This policy has been put in place until local, state, and federal restrictions have been lifted and CTRL has reviewed all associated safety concerns for our employees.

In the meantime, we understand that this is uncertain time for many of our customers, particularly in North America and Europe. Before this crisis, you may have been ready to move forward with an ultrasound reliability solution, or were still considering your options. Even if the COVID-19 pandemic is limiting your ability to move forward with a reliability solution at this time, we want to help you be prepared to move forward quickly with the right solution when the time comes. I would like to make myself personally available to answer your questions and discuss next steps. You can give me a call, send me an email, or schedule a video conference using the "Schedule Demo" button below.

Perhaps you recently acquired an ultrasound solution from CTRL and require additional support or training. We are to here to help. Use the "Schedule Product Support" button below to schedule a 30-40 minute session via video conference. Be sure to include details about your application for ultrasound. I or another member of our team will contact you shortly to confirm your video conference.

We look forward to serving you in the days and weeks ahead. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or replying directly to this email. Have a great day!

Kind Regards,

Jeremy A. Watts
