CTRL UL101 For Leak Detection

The CTRL UL101 is used to detect and locate compressed gas leaks of any type. Ultrasound is created by turbulent flow gas escaping through an orifice from a high-pressure system to a low-pressure system. Once a leak is detected by the UL101 receiver, the sound is converted to the human audible range and output to a headset.

Hearing and pinpointing the leaks in a noisy plant using ultrasound is possible due to the nature of the CTRL technology to ignore conflicting ambient sounds.
