CTRL Systems and Technolink China Limited:
   Partner for expanded support and distribution in China

CTRL Systems Inc. (WESTMINSTER, Maryland) - CTRL Systems announced today that a partnership has been formed with Technolink China Limited (TCL) to provide expanded marketing, distribution, sales and support for CTRL products in China and Hong Kong SAR.

CTRL has exported products to China through a variety of distributors since 1998. Based on the growing market and demand for its products, CTRL has now taken the logical next step in market outreach. Through the newly-formed partnership, Technolink China will take the lead in seeking and securing new sales opportunities for CTRL Systems products. Existing distributors will benefit from in-country support.

Technolink China joined CTRL during a series of recent meetings in Beijing where high-level managers learned more about the benefits of using CTRL Systems products for applications in their respective industries. "I am confident this relationship will serve to increase our success in expanding our presence in the China market," said Bob Roche, CEO of CTRL "based on their track record."

Technolink China, operating from it offices in Hong Kong SAR and Guangzhou, will focus on opening avenues for product sales in new market sectors, while concurrently supporting CTRL dealers and distributors in terms of technical training, marketing and sales Current dealers and distributors will also provide technical support to all customers seeking turnkey solutions.
