WESTMINSTER, Md. - Fox River Systems, a collaborative partner of CTRL Systems, Inc., is speaking at the Maintenance and Reliability Technology Summit (MARTS) on April 27th and 28th. Topics will include ultrasound condition-based monitoring, energy efficiency and taking a holistic approach to predictive maintenance. The conference is located at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont (Chicago), Illinois.

One-hour Session: Ultrasound for Condition-based Monitoring and Energy-Efficiency Improvement - Wednesday April 28th at 2:10 p.m. - 3:10 p.m.

• Video demonstrations of real world ultrasound applications
• Formalizing the use of ultrasound - routes, data collection, and analysis & reporting

Workshop: Getting Started with Predictive Maintenance - Tuesday April 27th at 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

This workshop showcases Fox River's holistic approach to facility maintenance and implementing a predictive maintenance program. They will answer two questions every maintenance team needs to ask: "Why is PdM relevant to our facility?" and "How do we get started?"

• Motivation for predictive maintenance
• Introduction to vibration analysis, ultrasound, machine balancing & infrared thermography
• How to start a predictive maintenance and energy efficiency program

"Our workshop provides the tools you need to assess how strong of a business case you have for implementing a PdM program in your operation," said Mike Gilley of Fox River Systems. "We will also provide four hours of technical training on predominant PdM technologies and applications including ultrasound, infrared thermography, vibration analysis, and machine balancing."
