CTRL Systems Expands China Office

CTRL Systems' Beijing-based office plans to increase its sales force on the heels of a successful, 2-year, energy savings pilot program conducted in China for the power generation industry. CTRL has effectively implemented proprietary technologies into 70+ power plants using its UL-HQ turnkey system; jointly developed by CTRL and its Beijing office.

One of the many ways power plants are saving energy and improving production is by detecting leaks in vacuum systems, valves, air condensers and hydrogen generators. Datang International Yungang Thermal Power Ltd. improved their vacuum system with CTRL technology. Before the technology implementation the vacuum system ran at 430 Pascal a minute, now it runs at 200.

InCTRL Speaks Your Language

Wouldn't it be nice if the data from your equipment analysis software spoke plain English? InCTRL does. The health status calculations for rotating equipment are identified as Normal, Under Lubricated, Questionable, and Suspect. The proprietary algorithms were developed by CTRL to indicate when a bearing is out of norm and what the condition might be.
