The following samples demonstrate ultrasonic inspection using the UL101 and UT2000 Universal Transmitter to locate leaks in seals or welds in a non-pressurized vessel.

Cabin Pressure Testing

The UL101 can be used to find a leak even when there is no pressure or vacuum. The UT2000 pressurizes the vessel with ultrasound pressure that escapes through an crack or orifice. The sound is very distinct enabling quick pass/fail tests without positive pressure or hydrostatic testing.
